Went in a few days ago to get a flat tire checked out, Matt helped me out - walked me through what was the issue and why I needed to get it replaced. Also checked my other tires and my spare for me. He was really kind and professional the whole time. Told me my options and I made an appointment for Saturday! He saved my options, so on Saturday, Steve helped me get set back up. Nice and easy, kept me updated on where my car was. Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had spending money on my car. Prices are the best I can find with research here. Very fair pricing.

Went in to get all four tires replaced which cost me $488. During it was pulled to the back and was told they broke a lug nut on my back driver tire. Instead of offering any type of help or reimbursement to the issue. I was just told to tow my car which they didn’t offer to help with towing and then was recommended to a mechanic. Which since left me with all the responsibility to fix the piece which cost me $200 for the part then including new lug nuts was another $14 to get those and now that’s replaced my car is having more issues. Don’t go unless you’re willing to pay or deal with more issues!! Manger was no help at all.

The customer service at this location was impeccable. Matthew and Alexander got me checked in quickly and were very personable. The shop was very busy with several people waiting for their cars to be serviced, but the employees were very obviously working hard to service everyone in a timely manner. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced I witnessed an interaction between Cody and a volatile, irate, and unreasonable customer. Cody made multiple attempts to explain the situation, however the customer was not interested in a conversation (as he stated multiple times). Nonetheless, Cody treated this customer with extreme professionalism and remained levelheaded when the customer repeatedly tried to escalate the situation. This customer appeared to have unmanaged mental health and would not listen to reason, but the staff members did not display even an ounce of impatience or annoyance. The professionalism displayed today is commendable and I hope the employees’ effort and hard work is recognized by their leadership.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I had a young guy whose name was also Matthew help me. Super friendly and explained my all my options and got me a price $300 lower than any other tire shop I’d been too! He also offered to price match some rims and tires for my new truck! Everyone should go to this tire shop for tires and rims!

This place is amazingly professional with everyone being super courteous. Is the third time I've come here and each time they've met me in the parking lot at the time of my appointment with a greeting and a handshake. Prices are very reasonable. My son got his tires here last year and ended up with a nail in one. They took care of him for free in less than 10 minutes he was out the door. Great place. It's the only place we go now for tires.
